Steak Tacos….

1 pound cut sirloin steak
1 Cup Spinach
1 Sweet Yellow Onion Sliced
6  Button Mushrooms, Sliced
4 Garlic Glove , sliced
4 Red Chili
2 Avocados chopped unseeded
1 Bunch Of Cilantro Chopped
1 Teaspoon Himalayan salt
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Grated
2 Cups corn Flour
1 Cup  Tablespoon of Olive oil
1 Tomato Cubed
1 White Onion Cubed
1 Teaspoon Of Salt
2 Cups lukewarm water

How to make Tortillas
Add Flour ½ Teaspoon of Salt, sugar, 1 teaspoon olive oil, Lukewarm water, mix Well use a dough hook, or hand knead then wrap with saran wrap, prove room temperature 1 hour.  Roll with rolling pin, small tortilla size, fry 2 minutes each side, in a skillet with rest of olive oil.  Ready to fill with taco meat.

Dressing/ Topping
Place half of Cilantro, avocados, 1 garlic Glove, 2 red chilis, ½ teaspoon of salt and blend, once done put in bowl as topping over taco

Cook Meat

In a skillet heat m, add meat and start browning, add onions, mushrooms rest of garlic, chili, cook till brow and cooked on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, add Cilantro as garnish pour in a bowl

Add cubed onion, tomatoes and spinach in separate bowls

To Assemble tacos:

Take friend shell open Add cooked meat, spinach, tomatoes, onions, and Shredded cheese on top then lastly add the avocado dip all over, roll it and serve
