Jalapeno Pizza/ With Meat or Vegetarian

How to make Pizza Dough

4 cups of Unbleached flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon yeast
2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of salt
110degrees or lukewarm water 2 cups, then add as needed

Rest of Ingredients:
1 Bell Pepper/ Red
half Bunch Italian Basil
8-10 Large Mushrooms
3 Large Hot Sausage, Beef or Pork, Or Italian (If Vegetarian, Omit This)
6 Large Jalapeno Thinly Sliced
3 Cups of Shredded Monterey & Swiss (only if Low Salt)
6 Chunks of Mozzarella Cheese
½ Cup Marinara Sauce, All Natural, Or Low Sodium Tomato Paste

Mix flour, sugar salt and yeast in a bowl and  if you have a dough hook, use the dough processor/ or mix with hand, add Luke warm water until dough lumpy, if too lumpy hard to knead, add little more flour, knead , until Smooth ( 5-7 Minutes) if all done by hand), with half olive oil, till nice texture, put it in a bowl , cover with Saran Wrap, let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour to prove.

Wear plastic gloves, Slice mushrooms, half bell pepper and 2 cloves of garlic and Red onions, and Italian Basil Add any meat on Pizza if needed, Shred 3 cups of cheese, mix, Monterey, and swiss (low in Salt), and place in cold storage.   Separate chucks (6) of Mozzarella cheese, another bowl cold storage. Cut Habaneros, thin slices, set in a bowl.  Slice hot sausages and cook, for 8 minutes until done (170 Degrees) add onions and bell peppers and mushrooms get the slightly cooked, or browned.

Roll dough with rolling pin, place on top of cooking sheet, (Grease cooking sheet with rest of Olive Oil) add marinara sauce, or just tomato paste with low or no salt.  Add cheese,( 1 cup)mixed cheese and spread all over the sauce, add the meat , ( (Sausage)onions  then bell peppers , mushrooms, Then add the, another 2nd cup of cheese , last add the Italian Basil, ( Fresh)add rest of3rd  cheese   habaneros on top add then add the mozzarella cheese chunks where more cheese in needed and stick in oven  and cook for 30 minutes or until bottom of the Pizza is golden brown, if bottom in not brown pizza is not cooked.  Serve warm
