Here’s a recipe, I tried with my niece:

Chili Peach and Pineapple & Blueberries Smoothie

Ingredients

Blender

1 /2 cup fresh ripe peaches, skinned quartered/ or frozen

½ cup fresh ripe Strawberries, sliced, or frozen

½ cup of fresh ripe Mangos, sliced (frozen)

(Fruits can be substituted for other fruits)

½ teaspoon of cinnamon

½ teaspoon of moringa, Japanese green tea extract, if you have

1 tablespoon of Cayenne pepper

½ cup of water

½ cup Almond or Coconut Milk (Regular Milk)

¼ cup coconut sugar, substitute for other sugar

2 tablespoons of raw honey

Blend Instructions:

Throw everything in blender, add water first and milk last, start with medium speed on blender so air does not get trapped, if started if full speed will trap air and make blender stop,

Blend to watery thick consistence, serve in glass with straw and whip cream for garnish. Enjoy
